Refund Policy – Telix Inc

At Telix Inc, we strive to deliver the best quality services including Mobile Apps, Web Development, Graphic Designing, React Native Development, UI/UX Design, and AI Chatbot Solutions. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a fair refund policy as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The project has not been started.

  • The service delivered does not match the agreed specifications.

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • If the client has approved the final design or code.

  • If the delay or issue is due to incomplete or delayed input from the client.

  • If more than 25% of the project is completed or delivered.

  • For minor bugs or updates after project delivery (these fall under maintenance or revision).

  • For AI Chatbot Development and Custom Solutions once initial concepts are shared.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel a project after making the initial payment but before the work has started, 90% of the amount will be refunded.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the refund will be calculated based on the work completed till the date of cancellation.

4. Refund Timeline

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days via the same payment method used for the transaction.

5. Service Timeline

Services will be completed within 3 to 12 business days, depending on the complexity and scope of the project. This estimate is communicated before work begins.
