All services will be completed within 3 to 10 business days from the date the payment is successfully processed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Graphic Designing

  • UI/UX Design

  • React Native Development

The scope of each project will be clearly defined before work begins. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
All services will be completed within 3 to 10 business days from the date the payment is successfully processed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide clear project requirements.

  • Respond to feedback or queries in a timely manner.

  • Supply necessary assets like logos, content, or credentials.

Delays from the client’s side may result in project delays or additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

  • A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate work.

  • Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery.

  • In case of milestone-based projects, payments must be made at each milestone approval.

5. Revisions & Updates

We offer limited revisions as part of the package. Excessive revisions or major changes after final approval may be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created for the client will be transferred upon full payment. Until then, Telix Inc retains ownership of all work.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client data and project details will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without permission.

8. Termination

Telix Inc reserves the right to terminate any project or relationship due to unethical behavior, non-payment, or breach of agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Telix Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Telix Inc operates.
